Mr. Challa Rajendra Prasad
Executive Chairman
Sri Challa Rajendra Prasad is a successful Engineer-Technocrat-Entrepreneur. He completed his Mechanical Engineering from the Osmania University in 1975. He set up several units connected with packaging materials, tubes and ducts, Information Technology, real estate and construction. CCL Products (formerly known as M/s. Continental Coffee Ltd.) was founded by Mr. Prasad in 1995.
As the Promoter Managing Director of Asian Coffee Ltd., established in 1989, he led the first Indian, non-multinational-owned company engaged in producing instant coffee. Under his leadership, Asian Coffee Ltd. became the first Indian company to receive assistance from the Commonwealth Development Corporation, United Kingdom. Mr. Prasad has also been closely associated with two other coffee projects, one in Singapore and another in Dunstable, UK.
He has served the Coffee Board of India as a member for three consecutive terms from 1990 to 1999 and a fourth term from 2009 to 2012. He was also appointed as a Special Invitee to the Coffee Board in 2004. He is a Director on the Board of Andhra Pradesh State Finance Corporation and had served the Corporation in the same capacity for two consecutive terms from 2007 to 2013. He is also a Patron Member (Lifetime Member) and Governing Body member of Gitam University, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, which is a non-profit Trust. He is also serving as Board Member of Institute of Public Enterprise (IPE), a Management Institute in Hyderabad, which is a non-profit Society for a period of 3 years from 2023. As a tribute to his invaluable contribution to the instant coffee industry, the International Instant Coffee manufacturers body has conferred the rare honour of Life Time Achievement Award on him in 2019.
Additionally, Mr. Prasad holds directorships in several companies spanning diverse industries. He holds Directorships in Continental Coffee Private Limited and Aries Habitat Private Limited He also holds Directorship in C R Prasad Family Foundation, Sec.8 (Non-Profit) Company. He also holds the position of Designated partner in SRP Family LLP and Dharmakshetra Estates LLP.
MR. CHALLA SRISHANT
Managing Director
Mr. C. Srishant is an accomplished professional with a strong academic background and extensive experience. He holds a law degree from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, and a diploma in Information Technology Law from the Asian School of Cyber Laws.
Recognised for his excellence, he was awarded a gold medal in Corporate Law at NALSAR and was previously the Andhra Pradesh State topper and gold medallist in Mathematics.
Mr. Srishant was appointed as the Executive Director of CCL Products (India) Limited in 2005 and elevated to the position of Managing Director in 2014. Under his leadership, the company expanded its global footprint by establishing state-of-the-art instant coffee manufacturing units in Switzerland and Vietnam.
With over two decades of experience in the coffee industry, Mr. Srishant has made significant contributions to the field while also holding directorships in various national and international companies across industries such as manufacturing, construction, and information technology. Additionally, he serves as a member of the Coffee Board of India.

MR. B. MOHAN KRISHNA
Executive Director
Mr. B. Mohan Krishna, a Civil Engineer from JNTU, Hyderabad, brings over 17 years of diverse experience in implementing Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical projects.
He is well acquainted with the latest technological advancements in Civil Engineering and Building Materials.
He holds directorships in CCL Food and Beverages Private Limited and Continental Coffee Private Limited.
He also holds the position of Designated partner in SRP Family LLP.

Mr. Ambati Sudhakar
Independent Director
Mr. Ambati Sudhakar holds an M.Sc. and M.A. (Social Work) from Delhi University, along with an LL.B. He also possesses a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations and is a certified International Coach.
With a distinguished professional journey, he served as Head of Human Resources at Dabur India Limited, eventually rising to Senior Executive Director during his 13-year tenure. Post-retirement, he continued as a Professional Advisor, overseeing Dabur's HR functions and CSR. His career also includes leadership roles as Vice President - Human Resources at Owens Brockway India Limited and National Director - HRC at Ernst & Young.
His expertise spans strategic change management, compensation and benefits, HR due diligence for M&A, and HR consulting across diverse roles. A proponent of excellence, he has actively participated in international HR conferences, global HR mobility programs, and has shared his insights at prestigious forums and academic institutions.

MR. KODE DURGA PRASAD

Sri Kode Durga Prasad is a Commerce Graduate, who joined Indian Police Service in 1981 in the undivided Andhra Pradesh Cadre.
He served with distinction in various fields, such as Law and Order, Training, Provisioning, Anti-Naxal operations, Vigilance in Energy Sector, Intelligence in the State Police and in VIP protection and Para-Military Forces in the Central Government. He served in several departments of the Government like Law and Order, State Intelligence, Anti-Naxal operations, Training and Administration, Vigilance, Special protection Group and Central Reserve Police Force. He was rewarded with: - a) Indian police Medal for Meritorious Service – 2002. b) Antrik Suraksha Seva Medal – 2002. c) Presidents Police Medal for Distinguished Services – 2010. d) S.P.G. Medal - 2014. Presently he is serving as Advisor, Home Government of Andhra Pradesh for laying roads in interior Naxal affected agency areas and heading a committee for advising Government on Inland Waterways in Andhra Pradesh.

MS. KULSOOM NOOR SAIFULLAH

Ms. Kulsoom Noor Saifullah born in Delhi in 1956. She completed her high school education with a GCE "O" level from London University.
She went on to study BA ( English Honours) at the prestigious LSR College, New Delhi. As an entrepreneur exporter she has exported leather products to both East and West Europe.
In 1998, she established UCC India, an International Trade and investment Consultancy, mentoring foreign multinationals wishing to invest in India.
In 1999, she was appointed as advisor and sole representative of the Donetsk Regional Administration, Government of Ukraine in India. During her tenure she has facilitated large scale multi million dollar investments in both India and Ukraine.
She was also principal advisor in India to Xstrata Plc ( one of the largest mining groups in the world)as also other well known clients in the mining and infrastructure sector.
She has been actively involved in social welfare projects. Together with the well known journalist Swaminathan Aiyar, she established the Small Farmers Development Foundation in 1992 and became its first President. The Foundation worked in the arid Mewat region of Haryana introducing dry land farming in the region and organizing drinking water to local villages which had only brackish water unfit for human consumption.
In 2010, she retired from active professional assignments to co found The India Harmony Foundation together with her husband, Mr Zafar Saifullah who shared the firm belief that true economic development could only take place in India if social justice and harmony prevailed in the country.She designs and edits the Foundation's in house journal.
"India Harmony" which is circulated to all Chief Ministers, Governors and Members of Parliament in India.
She holds directorship in Good Earth Mining Private Limited.

MS. CHALLA SHANTHA PRASAD

Ms. Shantha Prasad Challa has done master's in Anthropology from Delhi University. She is one of the Promoters of the company.
She has been actively involved with various social causes and has been part of great philanthropic efforts both on a personal level and as part of the Pranic Healing Foundation.
She also holds office as a Trustee in various Organizations such as the MCKS Trust Fund, World Pranic Healing Foundation and AP Pranic Healing Foundation. She is currently actively involved in fundraising for the MCKS Food for the Hungry Foundation, Andhra Pradesh for undertaking various projects on an ongoing basis.
She also holds the position of Designated partner in Dharmakshetra Estates LLP, Proton Investments LLP and Kanuri Invest and Exim LLP.

DR. LANKA KRISHNANAND

Dr. Lanka Krishnanand is a Professor in the Mechanical Engineering Department, National Institute of Technology (NIT), Warangal.
Dr. Lanka Krishnanand holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from VRSEC, Nagarjuna University, Vijayawada, an M.Tech in Industrial Engineering from NIT, Calicut University, and a Ph.D. in Automatic Feature Recognition from NIT, Kakatiya University, Warangal.
He has authored several articles published in esteemed journals such as the International Journal of Supply Chain Inventory Management, Procedia Engineering, Journal of Manufacturing Processes, and the Journal of The Institution of Engineers (India). Dr. Krishnanand has also presented his work at numerous national and international conferences.
His notable projects include the development of feature-based CAD/CAM systems for machining processes, the evaluation of sculptured surfaces, and the creation of a networked digital library as an online learning resource.

MR. KOSARAJU VEERAYYA CHOWDARY

Kosaraju Veerayya Chowdary did his graduation in Mathematics from Loyola College Chennai in the year 1973 and Post Graduation in Mathematics from IIT, Chennai in the year 1975.
He began his career as a Probationary Officer at Andhra Bank (1976–1978) before joining the Indian Revenue Service in September 1978 through the Civil Services Examination of 1977.
During his career, he served on deputation as Under Secretary in the Department of Revenue (1985–1987) and as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Company Affairs (1987–1989). He also held the position of Secretary to the Company Law Board for over a year and served in various executive roles, culminating in his retirement as Chairman of the CBDT on October 31, 2014.
Post-retirement, he was appointed as an Advisor to the Department of Revenue, focusing on issues related to black money. From June 2015 to June 2019, he served as the Central Vigilance Commissioner, a position appointed by a warrant issued by the President of India.
He is currently a Member of the Advisory Board of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India and was elected as a Member of the Executive Committee of the International Association of Anti-Corruption Agencies.

MR. S V RAMACHANDRA RAO

Sri S V Ramachandra Rao was born in the year 1952 in Visakhapatnam. He holds a Post Graduate degree in Social Work with Personnel Management and Industrial Relations Specialisation, LLB and Post Graduate Diploma in Labour and Administrative Laws.
He has worked with major industrial organisations both in Public and Private sector for over 25 years in senior management positions in HR, Legal and General Management functions before promoting the 23-year-old HR consulting company, Resource Inputs Limited. He was the founder secretary for National HRD Network Hyderabad chapter and contributed to its growth in the state of Andhra Pradesh. Currently, he is the Telangana State Council member of CII and Member Industrial Relations Committee of FTCCI, Chairman, Employers Federation of Southern India, AP&TS Branch, Regional Board Member Employees Provident Fund Organisation (Government of India) Telangana Region, Advisory Committee Member National Board for Workers Education and Development and HR Consultant to Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanam. He has authored several articles on productivity, human relations, labor laws, innovative approaches in People Management and the like. He has also addressed several conferences and seminars. His latest book is ‘Handbook on Social Security’ published in March 2023.
